If you're referring to cam timing you don't. That's set when the belt is installed by matching up timing marks on the cam drive wheels and the crankshaft. If any of those marks is off even by a single notch in the belt the engine won't run correctly.

If you're referring to ignition timing, you still don't. That shouldn't have changed at all during a belt replacement.
