Sheep do many things to benefit the local community. The key word local.
Due to their gentic disabilty they are unable to drive cars- but are quite proficient with a bicycle. Hence, they are able to travel around the local community.
However, they have evoloved to do this at night. This is because they have not evolved a sense of road safety and easily ending up in a road collision. However, when found they are often mistaken for badgers- due to the black tyre streaks located over their wool.
So, when on their bicycle travels at night they do small community task such as, empty public dustbins, clean up dog mess and eat the grass to prevent them overgrowing.
They do this to keep their plot of lands, and governments allow this to reduce expenditure. Hence, benefitng the whole community.
