i live in FL, i was 17 when i signed my son over to my mother and the father was not on the birth certificate but we where engaged and we knew him was the father, my mother put on it that the father was unknown... she filled out the from for me as me, misled me as to what it was... kicked me out around when i truned 18 and told me that i could never see my son again and if i took him i would go to jail... i have seen him after but i belive it is only so she could look good in court, it took her weeks to answer me about seeing him after she kicked me out... we went to court and we had to get a diff. date but i didnt really understand how to go about it court... i had things to say and things to show but she asked about witnesses, and that confused me and i didnt know what to say... please help me, i felt so stupid and like a failure, i am a very shy person and need all the help i can get...
