have a mechanic that specializes in frontend work do it for you. more than a general tool set is required to complete the job.

All you do is take out the screwon top and the lense assembley pulls out. It is tough to pull out but it will come.

Book and manuals recommend 28 - 30 PSI. Tires shops will pump 35PSI in it. In my personal experience you can add up to 5% to what the Toyota book says. High pressure = tough ride.
