First of all, you need to be very careful with that gun. Its bolt is a lot different than most bolt action rifles, and because of the way it's made, people have a tendency to try to force it. That is a very easy way to jam the gun. You might also have poor ammunition (ie, anything that uses laquer). As for un jamming it, I recommend taking it to a professional who knows more than you or I. Good luck with it; I'd hate to have that ruined.

To remove the bolt on a British Enfield: Open the bolt and pull to the rear as far as possible. Grasp the protruding part of the bolt face and rotate it upward. Pull the bolt out while pressing the trigger. I don't recommend disassembling the bolt.
