Put a gob of wheel bearing grease on the push rod before you install it. It will stay up by itself long enough to get the new pump in.
Remove the valve cover. Remove the center nut or bolt that holds down the rocker arm. remove rocker arm, pull out the bent push rod. Install new push rod and put it back together.
take valve covers off and then unloosen each rocker arm and pull the push rod out, install new push rod and install rocker arm back on and tighten down nut according to factory specs.
If it is a connecting rod or bearing--be prepared to put in a new motor
Remove wheel, remove cotter pin at bottom of tie rod, remove castle nut. Separate tie rod from spindle. Unscrew tie rod, Screw in new one, seat in spindle, install castle nut, install cotter pin, install wheel, go get a beer.

Remove wheel and properly support vehicle. Remove outter tie rod from steering knuckle. Remove outter tie rod, count how many turns it takes to remove from inner tie rod. Remove inner tie rod boot. Use inner tie rod tool to remove inner tie rod. Install new inner tie rod (with inner tie rod tool) and do not overtighten. Properly install inner tie rod boot (you can use a zip tie on part that attaches to rack). Install outter tie rod and use the same amount of turns that you counted during removal (this will help with alignment). Install tie rod to steering knuckle and use a new cotter pin. Put wheel on and get an alignment.

intake short push rod, exhaust long push rod. put short push rod on rocker closes to intake manifold.
exhaust puh rod is longer. they measure 6 inches while intake push rods measure 5.68 in
With adpaters and push nipples as supplied
take fuel lines off the pump and then remove the 2 bolts holding it on then pull it off, to install new pump there is a rod inside the engine that has to be pushed up while you slide the new pump in, I get a glob of grease and push the rod up and put a glob of grease on the bottom of the rod to hold it up in place so I can get the new pump in and get both bolts started and then tightened, re-hook fuel lines to new pump and your done.
