Open your hood and go to front next to wipers, on each side you will see a plastic wing , turn and lift off cover, it will be on drivers side.

The OBD port on a 95-99 Buick Riviera is directly underneath the steering wheel kick panel, look for a small sliding door up under the dash. One odd thing about the '95 riviera is that while the plug for the reader is an OBD II form, the computer is actually only OBD I compatible, it has come to be known as an OBD 1.5. 96-99 are all fully OBD II.

This question eluded me when I first got my 1996 Buick, lucky for me when I looked under the drivers side dash I found an access panel open which would not be normally be that way. Inside this panel is the OB2 port.
The ac recharge port is the low side port. It is on the hoses on the passenger side of the engine close to the belts.
Check the fuses. This vehicle should be OBD I.
Check vacuum to cruise unit , look for leak at the three port connector.
The low side service port is located on the suction side hose going to the a/c accumulator on the passengers side right next to the strut tower......
For most GM vehicles the diagnostic port is left of the steering column, just under the dashboard.It is on the pasinger side of counscel down by feet. There is a little planel on side of counscel that pops open, revealing it. It is in plain view.That's a cigar lighter. It's about 8 inches under the dash, left sde of steering column. Black panel cover has tab that opens toward you
