Lulu and Yuna's Celestial Weapons have them. If you don't know how to get them look it up on Google or a walkthrough site. Other that that I you need to customise using 20x Three Stars (These are ULTRA rare).
In order to get Three Stars, you can:
Final Fantasy VIII isn't an online game. There is no subscription, just a one time cost to purchase the game.
It's really quite simple. All you have to do is go to your app store, touch the 'search' option (it's between the 'top 25' and 'updates' button) and type in 'Final Fantasy'. It will pull up Final Fantasy l, Final Fantasy ll, Final Fantasy lll, and various Final Fantasy strategy guides. Touch the one you want! The first two Final Fantasies cost $9.00. The Third one costs $16.00. I have the first one on my Ipod and love it!

Final Fantasy II. Note: The original Final Fantasy II wasn't originally released outside of Japan. When the American Final Fantasy II first came out, it was actually Japan's Final Fantasy V. Firion came from the Japanese Final Fantasy II.
How does one really answer that in a way that will be the same for all gamers? What do you mean by "better"?
The answer is no. It's a brand new Final Fantasy with brand new charecters. DevilBoii: Actuly they have already started makeing a new one its called Final Fantasy XII-2
When the first one came out, it was the developer's expected last game, hence his 'final' fantasy. It turned out the game was a hit, and more were made, but they kept the name.
Final Fantasy VII is a lot bigger game than it's prequel Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.
