If it's not unlocking when you unlock the doors on the car, your vacuum system probably has a leak (your other locks probably won't be locking together either).
Pop your trunk. Peel back the lining on the right side (inside the trunk). There should see where you can release the lock there). It's also in your owner's manual if you still have it.
