The only good resolution to internal or external hemorrhoids by the time they have progressed to this point is a hemorrhoidectomy, where the veins are surgically ligated (tied off). It's painful, but a very common procedure.

it depends on the type of hemorrhoids. there are prolapsed type- see Google images. they look horrifyingly painful. i wouldn't even touch those kind. i would just go directly to the hospital. i don't care what anyone says- don't try "do it yourself" methods on them.
for external hemorrhoids push it back in- its pretty self eplainatory, it just sounds gross and feels painful.
in any event i would recommend seeking professional help. get a proper diagnosis.
