How do you Rear drum to disc conversion on a 1994 Accord Wagon LX?

In order to convert rear drum brakes to rear disc the conversion set must be purchased. These can be found in junkyards or online classifieds sites. The rear underside of the car must be removed and replaced with the disc brake wheel hubs.
