In order to convert rear drum brakes to rear disc the conversion set must be purchased. These can be found in junkyards or online classifieds sites. The rear underside of the car must be removed and replaced with the disc brake wheel hubs.
Parts: From 1991 Accord SE. (SEi in Canada?). From Accord wagon may also be possible, but wagon uses more expensive calipers/pads.

The O2 sensor on the 1994 accord dx, lx, or ex is the same, and there are two O2 sensor on the 1994 accord, fornt and the rear. Fornt one is located on the top and it is right on the header and the rear O2 sensor should locate on your cat converter right in the middle of your car. So check which sensor that you need and replace it.
Possibly, as they are the same generaion. Compare them yourself and you should be able to tell if they are the same.
