Depends!? Front one, rear one or the master cylinder? The ones in the wheels only have a couple of bolts holding them on. After removing the tire you can gain access to the front ones easy enough and just remove the 2 bolts and the brake fluid connection. Rear ones can be tricky because there is a small device you need to get to inside the disk area. With 2 screw drivers you can release the pressure and remove the drum. Then a couple bolts to remove the cylinder.
The master cylinder must be drainded and then a few bolts and connectors is all you need to take off to replace the cylinder.
