My recollection is that there are four little holes; two at the right side and two at the left side. You need to stick a suitable sized wire into the holes and that will unlatch some metal prongs that hold the stereo in place. Then it should pull out.

The linkage for the brake pedal lockout is down on the shifter and when coke and coffee is spilled on the console, it runs on it and keeps it from working. You have to remove the console and clean the linkage.
On a 1990-91 it is behind the housing the upper hose attaches to ON A 1.6 LITER
Fuel tank. IN THE TOP OF THE TANK UNDER THE BACK SEAT FOR A 2 DOOR AT LEAST.
you should be able to find a shop manual at the local library with the right information on this -- make copies of the pages, as they are usually for REFERENCE only...:)
i have a 1990 lemans and it is located under my back seat you flip up the seat bottom and there is a flap of carpet there it may be the same on yours
First jack up the right side of the car & block it up Remove the wheel. you will see a panel on the inner fender that unbolts ( near the front of the wheel well ) after removing that you will see the a.c belt & compressor. good luck
The relay is located on the back side of the fuse box. You have to crawl under the driver's side steering wheel in order to see the relays. The relay in the BLUE socket is it.
It is inside the fuel tank, you have to drop the tank, and remove the sending unit, from the tank to replace the fuel pump.
