I just had to do this on my 95 Achieva! You have to pull down the plastic surround. It is clipped on both sides with tabs, and should come straight down. Than its extremely easy. Pop out the old light bulb, pop in a new one, and slide the surround back into place. You may have to tap it for the tabs to secure. Make sure to use the correct bulb! Using the wrong type will cause it to burn out quicker. See your owners manual. -Ted
