First, go to your settings, and then go to Wi-Fi. From there it should give you a list of local Wi-Fi routers, and click on one of them to access it (locked routers require a WEP key). Once connected to it, some blue curves appear at the top of the screen to let you know you are connected to the internet, and then just click on the internet app.
