The shift lock solenoid is located on top of the steering column. You will need to remove the steering column covers, lower dash trim, and the heater duct. Remove the steering column bolts and lower the steering column to access the shift lock solenoid.

It's in the steering column. You can access it from under the steering column. It's light gray in color and on the left side.
Removal and Installation Remove the instrument cluster finish panel. Remove the lower steering column cover. Remove the lower steering column cover retaining bolts. Position the parking brake release aside and remove the lower steering column cover. Remove the retaining bolts and remove the lower steering column reinforcement. Position the transmission range indicator cable out of the way. Disconnect the cable.Remove the retaining screw and position the cable aside. Remove the instrument cluster screws and position the instrument cluster aside. Disconnect the electrical connecters and remove the instrument cluster. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
i believe you can disassemble the lower part of the steering column to access the area.

In order you need to remove; the driver's side lower fascia, then the steering column audio controls (if fitted), the lower sterring column shroud, the instrument panel trim and then you can get access at the two screws holding the instrument panel in place.
