I've been trying to for awhile now...
Let's see... A few tips I guess would be:
Don't smile
Don't laugh
Don't eat sweets
Stay calm
Be strong
Work hard at stuff
Do healthy things/eat healthy
You can't be lovey to animals or people
Don't get attached to stuff (photos, stuffed animals, blankets, I-pods, etc...)
Listen to rap, or metal. Don't listen to people like Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, and Matchbox 20
Take very good care of yourself, this includes taking care of your teeth, skin, hair, etc...
