An original key will have a thick black plastic handle with contains a programmable 'chip' which your ignition will 'read.' Any Ford dealer or any well eqquipped locksmith shop should be able to DUPLICATE a 'chipped' key for you (the locksmith will be less expensive). HOWEVER - if you do not have a 'chipped' key to begin with your only option is the ford dealer who will be able to duplicate it using the vehicle's VIN number. Hope you have an original key. Good luck.
Yes, but if the key is changed or replacement key is cut it must be reprogrammed. The tumbler from Ford comes with "gates" to rekey the tumbler to the original key.
Take the old key to ACE Hardware, and they'll cut you a new key, if that's what you're asking about (key fob).
when you open the back door if you look where latch is you should be able to see a rectangle shape hole if you put your key in this and turn it you can activate/de activate the child locks
