How do you add a Blackberry Device PIN to an outlook contact so it will sync with the contacts on a blackberry device?

The ability to include a Blackberry Device PIN in an Outlook Contact has existed for quite some time. In the past and probably on very early Blackberry Server versions I remember seeing the PIN connected to the "Radio" selection under the "Phone Numbers" portion of an Outlook Contact. However this is no longer the case but something to keep in mind if you are running older versions of BES server software.
The current method of adding a Blackberry Device PIN to an Outlook Contact is:
From Microsoft Outlook select contacts.
Double click the contact you want to update.
From the contact window select "All Fields" from the "Show" box.
In the "Select from:" drop down choose "Miscellaneous fields"
When viewing the Miscellaneous fields type the Device PIN into the "User Field 1" value.
Select "Save & Close" and wait a few minutes for replication.
You can reverse-engineer this by adding a Device PIN to a contact on your Blackberry Device. Once replicated you can open the same Outlook Contact and you will see the Device PIN in the same field mentioned above.

Click on Import and supply the directory and filename that you created above. Now all of your contacts are in gmail You can add or remove extraneous contacts manually using the gmail interface if you desire. Next go to http://www.Google.com/mobile/blackberry/ and send the download link for Google Sync to your BlackBerry's phone number. Then just run a synchronization and all of your Outlook contacts will be in you blackberry. You can edit add or delete contacts in the gmail account and resync at any time. Your blackberry calendar will also sync with the gmail account too.
