Find the picture you want , right click on it , when you are on the wikianswer page that you are going to type on , click on the right one of the two green clipboard signs on the wikianswer toolbar.

Questions like "Purple blue yellow ice cream?" will be merged into "What questions add no value to WikiAnswers?" because, as the question states, they do not add any value to the site.
