You must first make sure that the picture is an animated picture (from Animation Factory, select Google pictures, etc.). Then you just insert the picture regularly like any other picture. Go to the Insert tab, and insert a picture. Select the file that is your animated picture and it should insert. If you have any problems, then you might need to change the format of the picture.
To insert a picture from a USB drive into Microsoft PowerPoint, first connect the USB drive to your computer.
