Click on Import Media feature. Locate the audio/music file you wish to use. Click Import. Once the file is visible in the Imported Media pane, drag it down into the Audio/Music track in the Time-line view.

Since there is only one audio track to work with in the program, you can't do it easily. But, here's how it can be done: Add the background music to your video first. Publish/Finish/Export it. Then import the file back into Windows Movie Maker and add your Narration to the Audio/Music track.
Find the Line Rider program files, find the music folder, put any mp3s in it. This works on Line Rider 2 Unbound only. If you want to add music to the online one, do a video screen capture and add music in Windows Movie Maker, too much trouble! In my opinion.
