the Lg Viewty lite's battery is lighter in weight and the menu is slightly different. No big change so it doesn't really matter. I have the lite because there were no normal viewty's in the shop. ;P

The lg viewty lite's battery is lighter in weight than the lg viewty. this doesn't make any difference whatsoever to the overall performance as the lg viewty (KU1990/KU1990i)'s apps and contents are exactly the same but the lite has a disadvantage because the battery is lighter, it also has a shorter battery life. so all in all if you were thinking of getting a lg viewty i recommend the lg ku1990i viewty on the 3 network because it is allin all the better phone by far. No, The LG viewty snap has a basic OS. If you are looking for a app phone then go for another in the LG range. Unfortunately in the Viewty snap you can not download any apps without hacking it.
