I myself have an 02 ls v8. On my Lincoln there is no dipstick it has a sealed transmission. on mine there is no adding fluid. my best recommendation is to take it in to your local dealer. If you need to add fluid to your trans then something must be leaking. If your not fimilliar with your trans i highly recommend taking it to someone who knows to ensure there are no further problems.
