Traditionally one writes The Reverend Adam Benson and Mrs. Benson. (The use of The Reverend and Mrs. Adam Benson is traditionally considered just a shade uneducated). However, I would expect people to be tolerant and not take such details too seriously.
Formally (as on the envelope) to The Revd and Mrs 'Joe Bloggs'. Inside, depending upon how well you know them, either simply as 'To Joe and Mary' or in the same was as the envelope - 'To Revd Joe and Mrs Bloggs'.
To the Rev. _________ if writing a letter, and if verbal, just a casual "hello", or however you would address a friend. The members of the Episcopal church are open and loving.
In person, the priest is addressed as "Father"
In mail, he is addressed as "Reverend"
You can address an envelope to an Episcopalian priest by including the title "The Reverend" before their full name. For example: The Reverend [Full Name].
William Smith - Episcopalian priest - died in 1803.
William Smith - Episcopalian priest - was born in 1727.
In a formal way you can write down "Rev.", but less formal is "Fr.". If you address a priest while you are speaking with him, he is called "Fr. ...". For example: "Father Robert". This is how it is done in the USA. I am not sure if you address a priest differently outside the USA.

The same way you address him in Church? Dear Father (First name), if that's what you call him in conversation or Dear Father (Last name), if THAT's what you call him or Dear Father,
Address him as"Maharaj".
In the Roman Catholic Church, it is required that a priest be celibate. This is to keep the priest from being distracted from doing God's will as a priest. However, if an Anglican or Orthodox priest who is married converts to Catholicism he is able to become a Catholic priest and keep his wife. In the Eastern Catholic Church though, the priests are allowed to marry though. Lutheran and Episcopalian Priests are allowed to marry as well.

A priest may be addressed as Monsieur l'Abbé (formal) or Père (respectful, but used more by traditional practising Catholics), or if you know his first name Abbé ........(eg André). I believe the correct form of address for a bishop is Monseigneur.
All "Preists" are not restricted from marriage or having families. Many Episcopalian Priests are married and have families. The word "Priest" does not belong to just the Roman Catholic Church. There are many forms of "priests" that exist in the world today. In fact, if your are a Christain, you are also a "Priest" when you spread the word about your religion.
