How do you adjust headlights on a Subaru impreza sti?

this is how on a 2004, which is what i have.

The Subaru manual states the following for adjustment:

1) Put the vehicle on a level surface

2) Verify tire inflation is correct

3) Make sure gas tank is full

4) Bounce vehicle to normalize the suspension

5) Be sure someone is in the driver's seat

6) Set the leveler switch to 0

7) Park the vehicle 10 feet from a vertical surface (wall).

8) With the vehicle 10 feet from the wall, the top of the beam cutoff should be 23.93 inches off the ground.
