I believe there is no adjustment to a hydrolic clutch. It is self adjusting. The fluid level in the reservoir may drop, like brake fluid, but other than that...
You can bleed the clutch slave cylinder if it is spongy, with the same method as a brake line. The geniuses at Ford placed a gargantuan version of the bane of all not-brand-new hydrolic lines - the bleeder valve - that ferrets it way to within a fraction of an inch of the main gear box output shaft. It's around a 12mmish 7/16ish hex shaped hollow tube looking thing above the hydrolic line connection to the driver side of the gear box, forward of the shifter, before the bell.
Here's the joy of genius... don't over tighten, cause that's a one-way ticket to dropping an afternoon and your transmission. BS, BS, BS!!
how do you adjst clutch on 87ford f150
Yes,
hydraulic clutches self adjust.
You can't adjust a clutch in a 95 Escort because it has a hydraulic clutch.

It's a hydraulic clutch and can't be adjusted.
On a 1996 Ranger the manual shows to lift the clutch pedal every 5000 miles to adjust the hydraulic clutch - I have no idea if your's is the same

You don't. It's hydraulic.
you don't. it's hydraulic and, automatically adjusted hydraulically.
You don't. Hydraulic clutches are by their very nature self adjusting, if the clutch will not work correctly then you are low on fluid or have another problem.
