you dont it is a sealed hydraulic system the only thing you can adjust is the pedal travel inside the passenger comparptment
Hydraulic clutch on that model is not ajustable. You either have a bad clutch slave cylinder, Or the clutch and pressure plate needs replaced.
The clutch is not adjustable, it's hydraulic and as such adjusts itself. The problem you are describing is the result of a failed clutch system, typically a leaky hydraulic component.
