YOU CAN'T. It is not adjustable and is NOT to be tampered with. VERY important to leave it alone.
You have another problem with the engine sensors if it is idleing to fast are to slow. Is the check engine light on ? If it is you need to have the engine SCANNED with an engine scanner.
Check for vacuum leak that will cause it to idle to fast. TPS/ Throttle position sensor may be bad too.
May be computer controlled and not adjustable
You can not adjust the idle screw, it is sealed off at the factory. If you are having a high idle problem check for a vacuum leak or a bad idle air control valve. These will commonly cause a high idle.
There is no idle adjustment. The idle is adjusted electronically by the ecm. If you have a problem with the idle you may have other issues like a vacuum leak.
Adjust the throttle stop screw located on the side of the carb that has your throttle linkage connected to it.
You do not adjust the Idle Air Control as it is controlled by the computor.
The IDLE is controlled by the computer. THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT.

There is no idle adjustment. The idle is controlled by the ECM. You may have vacuum leaks causing incorrect idle speed. The gasket between the throttle body and the intake manifold was known to blow out and cause a vacuum leak.
There is no adjustment, the idle is controlled electronically. If you have idle problems you may have a vacuum leak somewhere.
The idle speed on a 1987 Chevy Celebrity is controlled by the engine computer, there is no way provided to adjust it.
