The 02 F150 did not come stock with projection headlamps. The lamps are aftermarket if they are the projector style. If they are of decent quality, there should be a couple of "gear" like looking wheels on the back of the assembly. by turning these two wheels you will lower/raise the beam and also move it horizontally left and right. If not, you are sol.

The headlights in the Ford F150 may have stopped working due to a bad fuse or bulb. Check these and if it doesn't fix the problem visit a mechanic.
the adjustment screws for the 1992-1997 are in the healight panel first you will need 2 open the hood there is a tool that you can buy at any part store for these headlights. the star adjuster to the right is the up and down and to the left is the side to side
To adjust the headlights on a 1999 Ford F-150, locate the headlight adjustment screws, which are typically found on the top and side of the headlight assembly. Use a flathead screwdriver or a 10mm socket to turn the screws; turning them clockwise usually raises the headlights, while counterclockwise lowers them. It's best to perform the adjustment with the vehicle parked on a level surface and the headlights on, aiming for the beam to be just below the center line of the vehicle's height. Always check the alignment after making the adjustments to ensure optimal visibility.
if the lights are up or down there is a stud at the top of the fixture with an Allen key looking end,if you have a small enough socket(about1/8")you could turn it clockwise for down and counterclockwise for up i used a pair of klines to adjust mine! There is no adjustment for left to right at all!
