E is the reach of the plug, in this case 19 mm without a gasket. S stands for a non-projected spark plug. U means a particular shape of the electrode, in this case a cut ground electrode.

I bought my TMX 155 in the Philippines and it has had five tankfuls of fuel in it. I get 42 km/ liter when mostly going in fourth gear. When mostly driving in towns using lower gears I get 34 or so.
14/51 would be ideal for most kinds of driving this bike.
