There is no reset button on the thermometer in a rear view mirror on a 1999 GM Yukon. However, you can try to reset it by disconnecting for five minutes.
gm products do not have fuel cutoff switches.
If the engine is throttle body injected, (most GM engines are) you'll find the injectors in the throat of the throttle body. If it's manifold injected (not likely for a bigger GM engine), check the intake manifold for the location of the injectors.
well, when you look on the throttle, there may be a screw that you can loosen or tighten to adjust it, if not im not sure of another way, however, i believe it has a throttle position sensor, so if you tamper with it, the computer can take over, and even it out, but im not positive. hope this helped

No it will not. GM. changed the style of the engine blocks and transmissions in late 1999. Anything under that year is all different.
Check for fuel pressure and spark on the no start days.
