OPen your hood and look at the lights, there are two adjustment screws, one for horizontal and one vertical, do it at night and adjust according by turning the screws clockwise or counterclockwise.

You can aim them using a wall or your garage door to check level and projection and take it on the road to check whether you are blinding oncoming drivers. Driver side headlight should be aimed slightly to right to avoid that problem.
