This question needs clarification. What are you trying to adjust? The level of power brake assist is not adjustable. The only part of the brakes that adjusts (and it should do this automatically) is the back brakes. If these need adjusting, then the automatic adjusters should be replaced so they function properly.
Check on craiglist.com for cabinets someone may be giving away or offering at very cheap prices. Check your yellowpages in your area for discount building supply stores that may have cabinets available.
The power steering is not adjustable.
Did you check the fuse?
turn on the radio on press set then press the power button the hour or minutes will flash turn other knob to adjust when done press (3rd time) clock is set

In the power steering pump located on the front right side of the engine. It will have a pulley on it
Power brakes use engine vacuum to get their power. If the engine is out of tune, the loss of vacuum will cause it to run rough. Try changing the spark plugs.
If you have drum brakes make sure they are adjusted properly. Adjust so they are just locked and then back off adjuster 5 notches. If you have disc brakes, make sure that caliper slides are not frozen
The cables are not adjustable. The regulator is only serviced as an assembly.
You should have several belts. 2 for the alt./AC 1 for the smog pump 1 for the power steering
power brakes are more powerful
A good quality power steering fluid from any auto parts store will work. If you are not near a store with power steering fluid you can substitute a good tranmission fluid for Chrysler vehicles. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK THE YEAR , ACCORDING TO CHRYSLER'S 1985 MANUAL, NEVER , NEVER, NEVER USE TRANSMISSION FLUID IN THE POWER STEERING PUMP, POWER STEERING FLUID ONLY.
power steering belt is slipping or loose
