If it is like the b2600i and b2200 it should be right behind the driver kick panel.
Mazda B2200 pickups (93 and earlier) and some Chevy vehicles trucks, SUV Nissan Frontier.
i own a 1990 fuel injected b2200 they didn't make very many but some of the 90-93 are injected.. finding parts are expensive and used parts for the motor are impossible to find
You need to either adjust or replace your shifter linkage I wouldn't suggest attempting this yourself as you have to rip the whole dash and steering wheel apart. Take it to a mechanic
On a 93 it is a lever located on the bottom of the steering wheel column. Bang your knees on the bottom of the steering wheel column and you will proabbly hit it.
Yes you can.The 86-93 model mazda b series trucks have the same bumper and mounting points while some designs are different in LOOKS like with chrome or trim on them. They are interchangeable. The end caps are the same except on the four wheel drive trucks(this is just specific to those).Ok simple swap is A OK!
This is usually known as a neutral safety switch or shift interlock switch.
AnswerThe fuel pump is located in the gas tank itself. Hope this helpsCarbureted models have a mechanical pump mounted to the passenger side of the cylinder head near the firewall.
The exhaust manifold and turbo from the 88-92 Mazda 626, MX-6, and Ford Probe turbo models will bolt onto the 86-93 B2000 and B2200. See the attached link for additional information.
The carbureted 86-93 Mazda trucks do have a catalytic converter off the exhaust manifold, whereas the fuel injected version does not. If you have the carbed version, and you put on a header (like a pacesetter) to replace the exhaust manifold, then you will get rid of 1 catalytic converter.
The firing order on all 86-93 Mazda B2200s is 1-3-4-2 when facing the distributor from the driver side it turns clockwise. The terminal facing the front of the truck on the distributor cap is #1. Below are some related links that should help.
NO!! The Mazda engine and ford engine are totally different period.Mazda was still strickly Mazda until 1993. It was not until 1994 when Mazda and ford became the same on engine and tranmission similarities. You need a Mazda engine for your Mazda transmission.Note the 1986-1993 Mazda bseries trucks are all Mazda manufactured.Ford is not interchangeable with these models period.
