In my opinion the quad 4 is a black eye on every GM ever made. If it is running and still has the little power it had let it be noisy, at least it is running. Most quad 4's went to the boneyard in the sky long ago.
When these cars came out, they did not have the day time running light safety feature. This feature has been installed since the car came out.

From the factory the only fuel filter on it is installed in the carb. Remove the fuel line from the carb. At that same location, remove that housing on the front of the carb. It's the large nut. The fuel filter is located in that housing. If it's not a "stock" car and running a Q-jet then an aftermarket one can be installed just about anywhere.
Honestly I think that Pontiac made the overflow reservoir too small. I have to add antifreeze to my GF's Grand Am once every couple months. If its a consistent problem where you're having to add antifreeze daily/weekly the car may be running too hot, and should probably be looked at by a mechanic.

system mechanic probally is not starting because its files have crashed( which means you need to reinstall it) or there are other programs running that prevent it from starting.
If you are running low on hydraulic fluid, it could keep your machine from working properly. If the fluid is extremely low, it could cause permanent damage to the machine.
To the best of my knowledge, the clutch on this vehicle is hydraulic and does not need to be adjusted manually. If you are having trouble engaging the clutch or shifting you should have your clutch checked to see if it needs to be replaced. I had, what sounds like, the same problem with my clutch. I own a 1995 Saturn SL2 with a hydraulic clutch. I COULD NOT put car into gear, whether the car was running or turned off. It turned out that the hyrdaulic clutch was out of hydraulic fluid. I took it to my mechanic, (I hadn't the slightest clue what could be causing this). He took a look and filled the clutch with hydraulic fluid and said it works just fine now. He said he didn't see a leak, or any indications of a leak. So we will see. But the short of it is, your (hydraulic) clutch may just need hydraulic fluid.
