How do you answer 'tell us about yourself' with example?

"I went to college and got my Executive Assistant Diploma in a 2-year program. My first job was as a receptionist in a mid-sized corporation. From receptionist I worked my way into Administrative Assistant Level I. I took work as an Administrative Assistant Level III at a new company. I was able to pass over Level 2 because I learned a lot when I worked at my previous company. Now I am ready for the Executive Assistant's role. I have my diploma, my work experience and I have also taken further on-the-job training workshops."

For the answer, just put a few words about yourself and what you have done, so far, with your life towards any personal goals. Also describe what community activities you regularly participate in (ex. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Boys Club, School Booster Club, etc) and how long you have been doing those.

It doesn't have to be a term paper in length, but a brief synopsis of your work and life history.
