First off, you need to know someone of the opposite gender on wi-fi connection. You two have to decide if you want to get married. Now you can plan it anyway you want but most people have the girls wear a cake shirt & veil and the guys wear a tux & top hat... But you have to arrange the actual wedding yourself

It's easy! Just go to Able Sisters and talk to Mabel, then click "I want to design!" and then design a wedding dress. If you don't want to do that, then buy a cake dress.. It's the closest one to a wedding dress. (If you're getting married, than also buy a vail.)

You can't get an actual wedding dress but you can buy a cake shirt which is probably the closest or you could make one.
