How do you ask a girl if she is your Girl friend but you don't know if she is when you spend time together a lot and you think she is going to refuse to be when you ask if she is or not?

Well unfortunately it always feels awkward when this situation occurs and you don't want to jeopardize the relationship you already have.
The best thing I think you could say is something along the lines of:
I am very happy we are friends and I enjoy spending time with you but I was just wondering if you see us just as friends or are we boyfriend and girlfriend. Wait to see what she says and always keep an open mind, stay positive and either way it should be okay if you want to continue a relationship with her. OR - leave things the way they are and see if she may approach you concerning the situation as to not make either of you uncomfortable or things awkward between you.
It just depends on how you want the outcome and if you want things to change or not - if your happy with the way things are. Not sure if this helps but Good Luck!
