First, you need to start a conversation with her. Say Hola! Como estas? and by the way, in hola, the h is silent. Then when you want to ask for her name, ask," Como te llamas?" in spanish, the double l is like a y to them. you can use translate on your iPhone or Android or any other phone (i think) or on Google Translate but their spanish isn't so great.
