Use a time constraint. For example tell her you should hang out or meet up "but It can only be for a half an hour." Your puting a constraint on the amount of time you are planning on spending with her. It does a couple different things, but the most important is that it alleviates the tension she may of had without being given an amount of time. There is no way for example, that she would accidently think you want to go on a long date, type of meetup.
