If she likes a romantic guy, this is what you should do. Buy some roses, go to her house and softly ask her, "Would you like to go out with me?" But don't forget to dress nicely. If you don't know where she lives then try to meet up with her somewhere or try something else.

If she likes a straight forward guy, this is what you should do. Just go to her, and simply say, "Do you want to go out with me?" But try to make sure your breath isn't bad and you're wearing something nice. (Don't go with a tuxedo that's more of a romantic thing.)
