For one I don't know why you even told him and for the other thing, he's acting very immature because you married him and not the other guy. Until a ring is on your finger he didn't own you back then. I wouldn't have said anything about that kiss. Sit down with your husband and perhaps say "I made a mistake and people make mistakes, but I was honest and it's never happened since and after all, I married you and not him."
