I hope you mean a 190C. Look for a broken or bare wire on the left side of the machine going toward the rear.
If it is a riding mower it may have a blown fuse. They are usually located near the solenoid.
It is typically close to the selenoid. It is inline with the wiring.
If there is a blown fuse on a Sears riding lawnmower, the fuse box is located below the seat. It is not common for a riding lawnmower to blow a fuse so there could be another cause like a short in the wiring.

There are many different Ranch King models. But, if it is a front engine riding mower and has the reverse/forward shifter between your knees, it will have the fuse underneath the plate that the R/F shifter comes through. Generally most riding mowers have the fuse very close to the solenoid. You will find the solenoid by following the positive battery cable from the battery to the opposite end.
