Slowly.Just stay on track with the no-smoking routine and follow a healthy diet and exercise regime. Get a hobby to replace the cigarettes so you'll be less likely to start back when you're stressed. Eat healthy foods and get enough exercise and your body will slowly become healthy again.
No I do not have an insurance health plan. I don't smoke or drink, I exercise on a regular basis and I am very healthy. Maybe when I get older I will look again at getting one.
exercise is when you work and get skinny. And the meaning is when you exercise you lose weight and don't get fat again. That's what i know!

Hi!! the heart slows down again after exercise as the body has stopped moving and working and the heart doesn't need to transport blood around the body as much as it has to during exercise! hope this answers your question =)
Pretty quick, but you'll gain like 10lbs once you start eating again. So eat healthy and exercise instead.

it depends on your metabolism, just remember when you start to eat again you will gain twice the weight back you lost, so diet the right way eat healthy and exercise!!
