It's a glitch. Apparently when you log in, everybody is small and you are the only normal sized person. This only happens once, and then the next time you log in everybody will be normal sized, including you, and you will not be able to turn big. If you happen to get this glitch, just have fun, cuz it only happens once. If you want to become big, just type in /big
*NEW: I don't play ameba pico through Facebook but through the actual website: ameba.pico.net therefor I'm not sure about the glitch. I have been wondering how to become big on pico too and I did a search through Google. I found a Pico blogspot page where they explain how to do it but you have to download something.
