It would have to be a real jouvinille person to actually make that an issue (i mean your friend) they just have to suck it up. If they dont want to and tell you, "i wont be friends with you anymore unless your not friends with(that other friend)" then they're not a nice person/goodf friend

That does not sound like it is possible to do. Friends can be suggested by other people, but someone still has to send a friend request before they can be added to your list of friends.
