Okay this is how you become freind wiht a devil. You have to be mean :/ Be mean and tough around him and pick on the kids who pick on you. Act all tough and brave around "the devil" Then do daring risks. But always think Do I really want to risk my life for a stupid ole devil?
Oh and if you don't want to be mean and tough you should just see what he likes. Besdies hurting people. You should try and see if he likes any food that you like or any games or sports and stuff liek that. Try and drawl his attention to you and show him that you like the game he likes to. If your to weak to try this then just go tell a teacher :/
