How do you beat Ganondorf in legend of Zelda wind waker?

1. Ganondorf will take over Zelda's body. He'll use her rapier to create a Triforce on the floor every now and then. Backflip out of it before you are damaged. Then, she'll raise her sword and a ball of energy will come hurtling towards you. Don't Dodge it. Instead, hit it with your sword and repeat until she is hit and falls, similarly to Phantom Ganon in Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker. Then you repeat that until he is forced out of her body.

2. Ganondorf will turn into Dark Beast: Ganon (note the absence of "dorf") and use portals to come charging at you. Hit him with arrows or turn into a wolf and target the jewel on his forehead (after a while the latter option should stop working, forcing you to use arrows, unless that's just that I bought a crappy copy). When he's close enough, press "A" as if a goat was coming after you and you had to calm it by throwing it to the side. When his jewel is in Midna's hand, press to the side while still holding "A" and he will be thrown. Now change back into Link (unless you want the battle to last longer, then stay in wolf form) and attack his scar. Do this until he has fallen. Ganon will die then and you will have to face Ganondorf with Zelda, Midna being defeated by Ganondorf.

3. You will face Ganondorf on horseback. Ride close to Ganon while dodging his Phantom Riders (you can also use your sword against them, however, being that the primary target is Ganondorf it is better to focus on him instead). Every time you fall off of Epona, you must climb back on. Try not to get hit as the process of re-mounting the horse is considerably time-wasting. Target Ganondorf and Zelda will attack him with her light arrows. This will paralyze Ganondorf for a few moments while you strike him several times with your sword. Repeat until he is off his horse.

4. Ganondorf will rise a magical barrier with you and him enclosed inside. The choice weapons for this battle are only your sword and your fishing rod to distract him while you attack. Use Hidden Skills (particularly the Back SLice)for this portion. A faster method however is to dodge Ganondorf until he attacks, then press"A" when it flashes on the screen. You'll then have to rapidly tap "A" until he falls. Slice him several times while he is down. Repeat until he is on his back. When he is on his back, you should press "A" again to do the finishing blow into the glow of his chest; if you do not do it soon enough, he will get up and you must repeat the process. Well done, you have defeated Ganondorf and saved the fair land of Hyrule from Ganondorf's evil clutches.

If this is for OOT then read carefully. Before you fight him he'll knock the Master Sword out of your hand so use your Megaton Hammer or if you have it your Biggoron Sword. Roll in between his legs then just whack his tail like crazy repeat if necessary after you do that a bit he'll lower his fire ring temporarily enough time for you to grab the Master Sword then get back to the fight just repeat phase 1 but with the Master Sword then Zelda will stun him and power up your sword then go up to his head and give him a good slash.

My way of doing it is when ganondorf fire's a force aura i use a bottle to reflect it enstead of the sword also when you reflect it and he is paralized fire a light arrow at him equip biggoron sword (if you have it) Hold are R then rapidly tap B while holding R also if you fall if you have the long-shot use it at the top make sure you see the red dot! release you'll fly up to where ganondorf is you can defeat him being right next to him this way but you'll need to master it first! also you can hook onto the colour window's and during ganondorf's charge attack you can fire a light arrow or charge you're sword up by holding B or Rotating the control stick fast! am not sure if on the charge attack of Ganondorf's that you can fire a light arrow to paralize him on emulater vc Gamecube i have the 64 version so some thing's might Not work on newer version's even though they have same story same monster's same character's they're were some big change's to new version so i heard! well i hope that guide helped....Well leave a Question on wiki if i see it I'll refresh my memory and help you well... Part 1

The puppet has three attacks: she will either make a Triforce shape appear

on the ground (avoid that by rolling out of it quickly), charge towards

you (yet again, roll out of her reach to avoid), or throw a ball of

energy at you (this should feel familiar if you've played OoT). When she

throws the ball, hit it with your sword to send it back at her. Keep

throwing it back at her until she misses her shot and gets hit. Do that

everytime she sends the energy ball until Phase 2 begins.

Part 2

Now the boss will turn into a beast. Stay at the front of the room and

take out your bow. Keep it aimed towards the back of the room and you

should see some red spots appear and disappear. Watch them carefully until

one of them turns blue. When this happens, the beast will come out of it

and run in your direction. Quickly shoot an arrow at the beast's forehead

to make it collapse on the ground. Slash its belly a couple of times and

repeat the process.

After a few more hits, you'll notice your arrows aren't doing any harm

anymore. It's now time to change your strategy. Turn into the wolf and

watch for the red spots. When you see one turning blue, just stay there

and stand still as the boss runs towards you. The B button (Wii) or A

button (cube) should appear on screen right before he rams into you. Press

it to grab the beast and hold the control stick on the side to knock him

over. Strike his belly and repeat until Phase3, Or you can just change into a beast at first and, do the same thing with the beast, whe you first got to the beast.

Part 3

Now a horseback battle. Your enemy will either charge on you, or you'll

have to chase him around. If he charges, deviate your trajectory to avoid

him. He will also send hords of ghosts at you; you can also avoid them

by charging out of their way, or between them if you're fast enough. When

you get the chance, chase him down until you're lined up with him. Lock-

on him and your partner will fire a light arrow. If it touches him, he'll

be destabilize for a short moment. Charge on him and slash him a couple of

times with your sword. Repeat the process until Phase 4.

Part 4

Final phase, one on one battle. Fight him just like you'd fight an armored

knight, using hidden skills or whatever techniques that work best for you.

Attack the side he's holding his sword; he'll be more weak on this side.

What you'll need to do to defeat him is give him a good hit that'll knock

him over on the ground. Then quickly finish him while he's lying there.

BOSS MAN BATTLEheads up there are 4 battles to this so it's gonna take a while.

Battle 1: Ganon's Puppet: Zelda

(Step 1): The possessed Zelda is your first adversary, and she wields the same powers as Ganondorf. She floats about the chamber, creating a triangular field of energy. Flip back out of it as it forms so you aren't stuck in the middle of it. These fields gradually get larger as the combat progresses. Puppet Zelda raises her sword when she is about to conjure, so flip away immediately!

(Step 2): After about two of these energy fields (note: Zelda's attacks are random), Puppet Zelda summons a large white energy ball from her sword, and casts it down at you. Instead of attempting to bounce this back with your shield, [z] target and time a single slash just as the ball reaches you (attempt this early). The ball ricochets and strikes hr. Once this strikes her, repeat step 1. you have to bounce three energy balls back at her, and she can deflect your return up to four additional times before she succumbs. also note that no arrows your you can't even chase after her to hit her with your sword it's kinda pointless XD i found that out :D

Battle 2: Dark Beast Ganon

(Step 3): After Midna thrusts light back into Zelda, Ganondorf changes form into a huge beast. As soon as the beast charges, roll out of the way. He then warps out of existence and creates a series of ortals, one at a time, throughout the room. Turn and watch each portal with your Hero's Bow primed. When a blue portal is created, Ganon is about to appear. As soon as he charges, fire a single arrow into the white stone between his eyes. Roll to the side immediatle to aoid his slide. ((Tip: If you are low on any hearts or arrows you might want to secure hearts and arrows from the pots surrounding the throne room. Run arround collecting them, then return to focusing on Ganon))

(Step 4): The farther away Ganon is when you shoot, the less likely you are to be knocked down by his slide. As he slides, bring out your sword, [Z] target the white s;lit in his belly, and slash away until he howls in anguish! The best combo is three slices and then a great spin. Repeat this two or three more times.

(Step 4 continued): As soon as the arrows stop working, change to wolf form and face down Ganon as he charges out of a blue potal. A second before he strikes you, you're given the option to push with (A). Do this and Midna's arm extends and grabs Ganon about the head. Press left or right with your analog stick to throw him, as you would a goat - a giant, demonic goat that is hehehe XD. Once ganon slides onto his side, [Z] targe and follow him, then attack his belly as before..........as I've come to learn you can either do it like all i just said or just do it in the wolf form i found that to be easier and do what step 4 continued tells yah :D

Battle 3: Dark Rider Ganondorf

Phantom Riders are Ganondorf's conjurations, and they do not attack independently. They are bolts of angry energy that charge and strike you during the battle. React by riding between them or avoiding them completely or else they'll knock yah on your keester XD and it's annoying cause you have to keep getting back on Epona.

(Step 5): After Ganondorf passes you, turn around and [Z] target him, then kick Epona with the spurs twice to match his speed. Be sure you have a reasonably straight line between yourself and Ganondorf as Zelda prepares a Light Arow. She fires, and it strikes, unless you're making a sharp turn, or are struck by hs attack - the Phontom Riders.

(Step 6): If Ganondorf launches an airborn attack, judge where the riders will form, and ride between or around them. Once Zelda strikes with her arrow, speed up to the side of Ganondorf, and slice at him. A spin attack works well. Now repeat this about three more times until Ganondorf falls from his mount.

Battle 4: Dark boss man Lord Ganondorf

(Step 7): Ganondorf rises as the thunder claps. He is prepared to fight you in sword combat, and he seals Zelda out of the battle. When the fight begins, turn right, and begin to slice the skulls around the perimeter of the energy wall. Behind Ganondorf and to the right is a skull containing a Fairy The rest contain Hearts. As the battle begins, you'll see that Ganondorf is a pretty good fighter.

(Step 8): The key to defeating Ganondorf is to maintain a distance of about 12 feet away from him. If you're to close, you'll be struck by his sword ( Shield block it) or his foot so then he can strike you with his sword. If you're too far, Ganondorf charges you, then execute a roundhouse punch with the sword hilt. If you attack with simple slashes, he blocks, then leaps into the air and slices down at you. Run or roll from him if you can't see him. You can occasionally strike him by rolling around and using a back strike, then land and slash. ((Tip: If there was a time to don your Magic Armor with a Giant Wallet holding 1,000 rupees, now is a better time then any ^^ and don't forget to continuously [Z] target during battle.))

(Step 9): Bu your prime opportunity to defeat Ganondorf is when he raises his sword and charges at you. This is when a "Chance" message appears, press (A) immediately as soon as is says so or else you will miss it and he'll strike you.

(Step 10): Your swords entangle, and you both begin to push each other. Tap (A) repeatedly, so you begin to push Ganondorf backward. Hope you have a fast finger ^^

(Step 11): As soon as you push Ganondorf backward, execute an immediate three slashes then pause for a s;lit-second and finish with a spin attack (a great spin is even better). Keep pummeling Ganondorf until he falls over. Repeat Steps 9-11

(Step 12): On the third attempt (or earlier if you connect with a great spin), when Ganondorf falls to the ground, you're given a split-second to "Finish" with (A). [Z] target at once and leap into the air, finishing off Ganondorf once and for all.

There are a few different ways you can go about this. My recommended method is to go up to Ganon, and when he's about to attack with his swords, roll under him and hit his tail. You can use a few different weapons to hit his tail, including the Biggoron's Sword, the Megaton Hammer, the Longshot, arrows, and even Deku Nuts. Another good method is to target his head, hit it with a Light Arrow, and then go around him and hit his tail. After doing some damage to him, the fire around the arena will go down, allow you to get back your Master Sword; retrieve it before the fire goes back up. Continue to hit his tail, with the Master Sword this time, until he goes down, in which case you can strike him one more time with the Master Sword to defeat him.

Reflect His Fireballs. Do it by using your sword (any sword). Repeat until it hits him.

Shoot a light arrow at ganon then jump to him and smack him with your sword as many times as you can. When he gets up, jump back. Repeat. Now for ganon (the following battle) you lose your master sword. Use the hammer or any other sowrd you have. Keep trying to hit his tail and NEVER LOSE GUARD. To stun him, either shoot and arrow in his face, or a deku nut. As I said before, keep trying to hit his tail. Navi can target his tail. Repeat hitting his tail. You will eventully get your master sword back, so go and grab it then. Use it unless you have a sword that's better than it. Now hit his tail some more. When he falls down, STRIKE. Repeat. Then finally, when he falls and navi or zelda tells you to do the final blow, get out your master sword then try to strike. Then cutscenes and other stuff happens. Well, you're done.

Also, if theres any mistakes, I'm sorry. I haven't played it in a long time and I didn't look at any YouTube video to see what happens.
