first, to suck is L when you're standing next to the waterfall. then squirt is R. first, you Dodge his water spurts by jumping around on platforms, and then when his eyes are exposed, squirt em, and youre all set
Press down and R to suck in water. when squirt isn't looking, jump and press R to spray water into his eyes. do this enough times and you'll beat the level.
